The first question most people ask is "What is T-Tapp?".   The best explaination, as written by Teresa Tapp herself, can be seen below.   Also, that is her in the picture so you can see that Teresa practices what she preaches!   If you want to be more fit and would like to have a means of achieving that in the privacy of your own home and/or while you travel, then you need to read about, investigate and try T-Tapp.   I did and it worked for me.   See the evidence on the photos page.  

You can start on your road to improved fitness by contacting me.   It doesn't matter what your present fitness level is or isn't!   What matters is if you want to improve it or not.

I am also very excited about being one of the people included in Teresa's book Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes.   See the Links page for information about the book itself.   I've read it and it's great!!!!!   I am on page 263 and will be signing the book for my local friends.  Also on the Links page is a link to an excerpt from the book which includes some of Teresa's story and qualifications.
