In the beginning in 1978 after two children .....

At this point in time I started regularly attending a gym and doing the standard things that the trainers told me to do.  More repetitions, more weight, etc. however, by following those instructions I ended up tearing muscles and doing other damage.
 
 
As a result, by 2001 I looked like this ....

..... and by November of 2002 this was me!!

In January of 2003 I became aware of T-Tapp and, being desperate to become a semblance of my previous self, slowly started doing what T-Tapp moves that I could.
 
By November of 2003 after just nine months you can see how my posture had improved and my shape was just starting to return.

By the time October of 2005 had arrived I was brave enough to step in front of a camera again as shape and stamina were returning and I certified to teach T-Tapp More.  I knew what some people needed from personal experience.

After some setbacks, by December of 2007 I was certified to also teach T-Tapp Total Workout and look like......

Now, imagine your picture along side one of mine.  Regardless of which of my pictures is similar to yours, you can use T-Tapp to improve your health and physical and, therefore, your mental well being.  As Teresa Tapp says, "Yes you can!!"
